Cancellation Policy:

  • Change of Mind:

    • In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not obligated to provide a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind.

    • This includes cancellations due to affordability, personal circumstances, or any other non-product-related reasons.

  • Cancellation Fees (In Exceptional Circumstances):

    • If, at our discretion, a cancellation is permitted, the following fees will apply:

      • Non-refundable payment processing and transaction fees (the amount varies per order).

      • A flat cancellation fee of $100.

  • Pre-Order Production:

    • Once a pre-ordered doll enters production (typically within 2 days of order placement), cancellations are not accepted. This is due to the custom nature of these products.

  • Shipped Orders:

    • Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

  • In-Stock Dispatched Orders:

    • Once a in-stock order has been collected by our couriers, cancellations are not possible.

 

Returns & Refunds (Hygiene & Product Integrity):

  • Used/Opened Dolls:

    • Due to hygiene and trading standards, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for dolls that have been:

      • Washed.

      • Used.

      • Fully unwrapped.

    • Once a doll is opened, it is considered a personal item and cannot be resold.

  • Damage Due to Misuse:

    • Damage resulting from improper care or handling (e.g., rips, tears) is not eligible for returns or refunds.

    • TPE foot studs can naturally come out.

    • It is the customers responsability to follow all care instructions.

  • Faulty or Not as Described:

    • Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are protected. If a doll is faulty or not as described, we will adhere to our obligations to provide a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund).
